Tiered Treatment Levels
At Vetcision Hospitals we are constantly struggling to provide cost effective qualit emergency and specialty care in this new economy. We have recently decreased our emergency/exam fee to match the lowest in Eastern Massachusetts. Our goal is to at least give each pet owner the opportunit to have their pet evaluated when they have a possible pet emergency.
We are also offering a tiered medical treatment option for many procedures. These are BASIC, RECOMMENDED and PERFORMANCE tiers of treatment. For example, the basic level of treatment would be similar to a mobile surgeon providing care in a general practitioner's hospital with discharge the same day. Performance level of care will provide the optimal levels of treatment to maximize a patients speed and ultimate performance capability after treatment. And the recommended level would be what other specialty hospitals are offering.
Pet First Aid - June 4th
Our next Pet informational talk will be Tuesday, June 4 from 6:30-7:30 PM. This lecture is "The Physical Exam for Pet Owners--Know our dog from nose to tail." Classes are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month and alternate each month between Basic First Aid Classes and other topics. Please call or email for details and to RSVP. We have been working wih sporting and performance dogs and their human partners for many years. ProFormance Canine allows us to utilize our expertise and bring together a team of diagnostic, surgical and rehabilitation specialists - all with the same goal: to push the limits of current medical care and return these athletes to their full performance level.
